We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping is free on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link is emailed to you when the order ships. If it hasn't arrived within 20 business days of your order date, email support@getgnawby.com and we'll help.
The Gnawby Dental Chew
Is this just another dental chew?
No. Dental chews are food — swallowed in seconds. Gnawby is a firm, reusable chew shaped like a toothbrush so your dog has to work it along the gumline to chew it at all. The chewing is the brushing.
My dog already has brown tartar. Will this remove it?
No — and nothing sold online will. Hardened tartar needs a professional cleaning. Get the cleaning, then use Gnawby every day so new plaque doesn't harden back into tartar.
Do I still need a dental powder or toothpaste?
They do different jobs. Powders and sprays work on the bacteria and odour. Gnawby works on the physical film of plaque stuck to the tooth. Best results come from doing both — you can press enzyme dog toothpaste into the grooves along the spine.
How is it different from a normal rubber chew toy?
The shape. Balls and sticks get gummed at the front teeth. Gnawby's toothbrush profile keeps pressure on the back teeth and gumline, where plaque actually builds up.
Will my dog destroy it?
It's firm, food-free rubber built for daily chewing — it lasts weeks to months for typical chewers. Supervise strong chewers and replace the chew when it's worn down.
Is it safe?
Yes. Non-toxic material, with no splintering like bones or antlers. Always supervise your dog while chewing.

What is the 90-day guarantee?
Use Gnawby every day for 90 days. If you don't notice a difference in your dog's breath, email us within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You don't need to send the chew back. One claim per customer.
Can I return an unused chew?
Yes. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Email support@getgnawby.com with your order number to start a return.
My order arrived damaged or wrong.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund including shipping — no return needed.
