Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to be happy with Gnawby. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

90-Day "Fresher Breath" Guarantee

Use your Gnawby Dental Chew every day for 90 days. If you don't notice a difference in your dog's breath, contact us within 100 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You do not need to send the chew back. One guarantee claim per customer.

30-Day Returns

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Email us with your order number to start a return. Return shipping for standard (non-guarantee) returns is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, with no return required.

How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are marked as shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled but may be returned under the terms above.
